Well, I finished my first week on my weight managment program. I weighted in at 144.5. 3.5 lbs. That isn't bad for one week. Janet however, blew me out of the water and lost a whopping 10 lbs. Way to go Janet!!!

Well Em 3.5 pounds is still 2.36% of your weight. Baby steps win the race!
Another thought, if you average 3.5 pounds a week that's a whopping 9.5% in a month!!! Most doctors will tell you 10% is great. In fact just a 10% change in your weight provides all kinds of health benefits!
