So, I've been on my program for one day. I went to the gym this morning and weighed in at 145.5 lbs. In my first day and a half on the program I've lost 2.5 lbs!!! The best part about this is that I have lots of energy and don't feel hungry.

We will come up with specific short and long term goals as well as set up a plan of accountability and communication on a regular basis.
