More edited pictures

Here are some more pictures I have been messing with. Last night we took another group picture. We couldn't get them to sit up straight. Ethan had to hold them up. They did really well.

Buddies

The kids are starting to notice each other and react now. They talk and reach out for one another. Peyton and Sydney were having fun in their bumbo seats. I tried to get a picture with them smacking each other. They were so cute. Jenna and Landon were holding hands yesterday. One of these days they won't ever want to hold hands. Ethan was pretty tired today for his 4:00 feeding. He couldn't even hold his head up. They are growing so much. Everyday they do something different. Right now all I want is for Landon to quit being so fussy. He is really struggling with the transition from the boppy. I can't wait for him to do better at night.

Bed Buddies

We are still trying to figure out what it will take to get the kids to sleep. I put Jenna, Syd, and Peyton in bed together and they all went right to sleep. I think Peyton and Jenna would do fine together and Syd would be okay in her own bed. It is trial and error. Ethan slept all night last night. Syd did too. The others got up to eat. Landon was a little fussy throughout the night. I think they are starting to get the hang of sleeping on their backs. It's the sleeping on their own that they don't like. Oh well, sooner or later they will sleep.

More edited pictures.

Here are some more pictures I have messed with. They are both of Syd. She is so photogenic. The others usually are making a weird face or something like that. We have takes the kids boppies away from them. They have slept with them since they came home. Since the kids are starting to roll over and wiggle around, we have to get rid of them. Unfortunately, the kids are having a VERY hard time with this. They haven't slept well for the last 4 nights. They practically sleep all day. It has really been a pain. Peyton and Syd have shared a bed since they came home. Landon and Jenna have shared a bed too. We moved Ethan and Landon into the other bedroom in separate beds and put Syd, Peyton, and Jenna in separate beds last night. Ethan and Landon wake the others up at night so we moved them out of the room. Peyton cried last night for about 45min. last night. I finally put him back in bed with Syd and I didn't hear another thing out of him until later in the night. He has to be with his sissy. I think it is cute that he loves her so much. Jenna cried for about 75% of the night last night. Her and Landon haven't been apart a day in their lives. They came home together and went back together and came home together again. I think she knew she wasn't with her bubby. Unfortunately, I can't put Landon back in bed with her because he rolls and wiggles all over the bed. He kicks her in the head and all over at night. I don't think she cares much, but he is too disruptive throughout the night. Hopefully things will get back to normal in the next week or so. They were sleeping through the night and doing great. Now, at least one is up at all times through the night. They haven't ever done this. Even when they were really small. I don't know what we will do if they don't start sleeping at night.

Wrigley Field

Rob got to go to a ball game at Wrigley Field on Monday. He went with Jerry Douglas. They have gone every year for a long time. I'm glad they got to go. He deserved the break. The bad part was that it rained through part of the game. They were soaked! All in all it was a great trip. They left on Monday morning and got back about 3:00pm on Tuesday.

Syddles

Rob took a picture of Sydney last night. I messed around with it on the computer and made it look a lot better. I will have to do some more practicing with it. Isn't it cute!

Pictures!

Everyone is doing great. All the kids are going to bed around 8:30 pm and getting up around 6:00am. Landon usually wakes up around 4:00am to eat but everyone else is pretty good. Ethan is getting more and more demanding of everything. He wants his food immediately and gets really mad if he doesn't get it. He also wants attention all the time. He has a very bad temper. In the picture below he just got his belly full. He is getting so big. He isn't to enthusiastic about being on his belly or rolling over. He just lays there when he is on his belly. Peyton and I had some computer time the other day. He loved watching me work on the computer. He is reaching for things and really observing things.

I put him in a tigger outfit the other day. Rob hated it, but I thought it was cute. Peyton will hate this picture when he gets older. We put the same outfit on Ethan the other day and that was hillarious. It was a little small on him and the hat didn't fit at all. I will have to put it back on him and take a picture to show you. Jenna went to the eye doctor yesterday. She is officially discharged from him. Her eyes are completely mature and she can see fine. Sydney is the only one who still has to see him. Monday I got the video camera out and was taping the kids. It just so happened that Landon rolled over for the first time while I was taping him. It is so neat. If I can ever get video on the blog I will put it on here for everyone to see. We don't have anything exciting coming up. We are really starting to get into a groove.

Dedication

Sorry it's been so long since I've updated the blog. Things have been crazy here. We finally found a house. I love it! We moved in last weekend. It is so much bigger than anything we have been in. The kids are still a little out of their element. Hopefully things will settle down in the next day or so. I will put some pictures of the house on the blog when I take some. Not only did we move this past weekend, the kids were also dedicated at church. We took the kids to church for the first time and had our pastor pray for each one individually. We dedicated the kids to God. Basically it was a promise to God that we would do our best to raise our kids to know and love him. We had a big dinner after the service at the Salvation Army Church. Thanks to everyone who came to the service. It really meant a lot to us. Other than those two things everything has been the same. Oh yeah, they all went to the doctor last week. They were 5 1/2 mo. old. Ethan led the pack at 12lbs 15oz. Landon was next at 10lbs 7oz. Peyton followed at 10lbs 2 oz. Sydney was 9lbs 14oz, and Jenna was 8lbs 7oz. Everything was fine.
